how it works
1. Book a free phone or FaceTime consultation
2. Organise programmming
3. Discuss sessions and book them
4. Organise a time/day for check ins (video calls if preferred), to discuss any ongoing questions.
5. Monthly meetings to assess goals and adjust if necessary.
What I Offer
Virtual Personal Training
Due to the restrictions presented by the pandemic, rather than give up exercising, my clients have been training in the comfort of their
own homes. I have been able to deliver their sessions via video link with great success! Most of them even prefer it now as they feel more confident in
familiar surroundings; by demonstrating the movement I can then instruct and correct as needed.
Health and Weight Management Coaching
With all the conflicting advice in the media, it can be a minefield trying to navigate your way through all the information. Because everyone is different
the one-size-fits-all approach is misleading. What may be a very successful protocol for someone could be less so for you. That’s why by talking
through different aspects of your life that could be particularly troublesome, we can work out what will work best for you and how to enable you to take charge of your health.
Simple but effective exercise protocols can address postural imbalances and alleviate most of the associated pain. In a world governed by
the need to spend a certain amount of time slumped over some kind of screen, it is essential to exercise in order to address strengthen the weak muscles that have sometimes become overstretched.
Pre and Post Natal Training
Training during and after pregnancy can be daunting.
I will ensure that you only perform exercises which will benefit your pregnancy. There are many movements
that can enhance your pregnancy and prevent some of the postural imbalances that could otherwise occur. Women that continue or even begin
to exercise during this time, report significantly better birthing experiences and also a quicker recovery post natal.
Throughout pregnancy, your body goes through many changes and adapts accordingly. Consequently post natal training must reflect the need to restore these adaptations to a similar pre pregnancy condition.
Peri menopausal and menopausal training
Continuing an exercise program through this challenging part of life can alleviate
symptoms and make the experience less troublesome. Regular exercise, sleep and a more relaxed approach to life in general is a recipe for success!
